1925 Penny Australian Coin & PCGS Grading Vs Price as of JANUARY 2024- SNAPSHOT

Looking at the range of grades , it seems that XF examples are very concentrated in the open market. The highest available is in PCGS MS62BN , aiming to achieve a price of $5674.50. The lowest grade seems to be in VF40 with a price of $225 with it being a variety coin Q Type in 2nd O of Commonwealth (Is a nice buy!!). A 1925 N Variety coin is also in the mix and is a XF45 example… with a premium price of $750 , where XF examples are pricing at anywhere above the $400 range. These coins are great investment coins to obtain in any grade lets not forget.

List of examples for sale are listed below. I aim to get PCGS examples , so that i can compare prices that are more like for like. I can also observe that individuals are sending off for 1925 Pennies at PCGS XF and above grading.
